A linguist interprets a conversation between 1st Battalion, 9th Marine Regiment commanding officer Lt. Col. Tyler Zagurski, and an Afghan Uniformed Police officer. The personal security detachment with the unit has quickly learned to work alongside the Afghan National Army and Afghan Uniformed Police. The Marines work, sleep, and eat in the same patrol bases as the ANA and AUP.::r::::n::::r::::n::::r::::n::
