Taylor, damage controlman, Joint Maritime Training Center, all receive an award for their work deployed or stateside from the USO of North Carolina at the Raleigh Convention Center, Raleigh, N.C., Oct. 7. Hundreds of USO members and past and present servicemembers gathered to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the USO and to honor award recipients from all branches of the U.S military.
