Cleveland native Seaman Dylan Salvatore, a corpsman with 2nd Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion, 2nd Marine Division, straps a simulated casualty to a stretcher. Sailors with the division spent the day training on mine-resistant, ambush-protected vehicles modified to act as an ambulance in a combat zone.
