Petty Officer 3rd Class Todd Angell, a corpsman with 1st Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, bends over to allow close friend Cpl. Brandon Rumbaugh to pin on his Silver Star during a ceremony April 27. Angell earned the Silver Star for his heroism in Afghanistan.
