Sergeant Niamuttllah, an Afghan National Army medical sergeant, explains the dosage of medicine to a Marjah resident. Two medical sergeants with the 4th Tolai, 3rd Kandak, 4th Brigade, 215th Corps, worked with Navy corpsman to assess and diagnose medical conditions during a health clinic held in Marjah recently.
