An Afghan mechanic works on a motorcycle engine in Musa Qal’eh, Afghanistan, Feb. 3. The motorcycle is intended to transport a video system into the bazaar to play movies and messages to reach the Afghan people. Many of the videos promote projects and opportunities within the Musa Qal’eh District Center such as work positions and upcoming events.
