Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Vichien Mixay, a hospital corpsman with 2nd Battalion, 9th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, from Jones, Mich., receives his award from Brig. Gen. Burke W. Whitman, the 2nd Marine Divison Assistant Division Commander during a morning colors and awards ceremony aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, Nov. 14, 2013. Mixay was selected as the 2nd Marine Division Junior Sailor of the quarter for July 2013 through Sept. 2013.
