Army Sgt. 1st Class Russell Zink, a physical fitness and nutrition instructor with the 360 training team, instructs Marine sergeants and above within 2nd Marine Division about proper running technique to avoid injuries and maximize efficiency while exercising during a class at the USO in Jacksonville, N.C., Dec. 4, 2013. The week-long Marine 360 Leaders’ Course covered everything form proper physical fitness to dealing with stress after returning from a deployment to help develop leaders within the Marine Corps.
