Brigadier Gen. James W. Lukeman, the 2nd Marine Division commanding general, congratulates Sgt. Joshua L. Moore, with 2nd Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, for his accomplishment in receiving the Gunnery Sergeant John Basilone Award during the Morning Awards Ceremony Feb. 27, 2014 aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune.
