Brigadier Gen. James W. Lukeman, the commanding general for 2nd Marine Division, talks to Division Marines and sailors before starting the R.A.C.E for Suicide Awareness aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, NC, April 16, 2014. The event was conducted in order to raise suicide awareness, expose division personnel to available counseling services, and enhance unit cohesion through a unique team-building event.
