Lance Cpl Wesley Newth, a horizontal chart operator with Golf Battery, 2nd Battalion, 10th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, plots and checks points on a chart at the fire direction center to ensure accurate fire missions are given to Marines firing the M-777 towed 155mm howitzer at Fort Bragg, N.C., May 7, 2014. The Marines fired the howitzers during a Top Gun competition, the main event of Rolling Thunder, a biannual field operation in which Marines learned to be more proficient at effectively employing their respective weapons systems.
