Marines with the Machine Gunner’s Course fire a M2 .50-caliber heavy machine gun during a live-fire exercise aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., April 23, 2014. Teams of two Marines were assigned to each gun and given 200 rounds with which they were required to accurately aim and strike several targets.
