A Marine fires an M240B medium machine gun during the live-fire testing of the Machine Gunner’s Course aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., April 23, 2014. The course is one of the services offered to Marines by the Division Combat Skills Center and is a two-week course that familiarizes Marines with the M249 squad automatic weapon light machine gun, M240B medium machine gun, M2 .50-caliber heavy machine gun and the MK-19 40mm automatic grenade launcher.
