Members applaud after the American and Marine Corps flags are raised for the first time on Sgt. Maj. Raymond Mackey’s new flag pole, Aug. 30. The flag pole was donated to Mackey, in addition to house renovations, by the Semper Fi Fund and Home Depot to honor him for his service and sacrifice, and enable him navigate his house more freely with prosthetic legs.
