Trovillion,(left) a grenadier and team leader with 3rd Squad, 2nd Platoon, Company A, 1st Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment, and 2nd Platoon's platoon sergeant, Sgt. Fidel A. Alcoces, have their picture taken with a vehicle that's mounted with Texas Truck license plates. Marines with rd Squad made the discovery while conducting a presence patrol through the city here. CAMP FALLUJAH, Iraq -- Marines from Weapons Company, 3rd Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment, conduct mounted and dismounted patrols on the streets of Karmah, Nassar Wa Salaam, and surrounding areas. Mejia, a 22-year-old San Jose native gets carried to an ambulance during a drill for the camp's Ready React Team, March 16. BAS Corpsmen are some of the first on the scene for an emergency.
