FALLUJAH, Iraq - Bader Khumar, a soldier with the Iraqi Interim Forces' 4th Company, 3rd Battalion, 2nd Brigade, watches over a crowd outside the Jolan Park compound here. The IIF and Public Order Battalion police force are working beside Regimental Combat Team-8 personnel to provide security in the distribution of $100 million worth of reparation payments to citizens to rebuild their homes and businesses from damages done during the assault on Fallujah last year.
