Everybody experiences stress. Stress is actually one of the most important subjects in life’s classroom.

But are you handling the stress correctly? Keeping stress to yourself and avoiding dealing with it can result in increases stress, anger, depression, and other distractions to a happy life. Hans Selye did lengthy studies on stress and noted that “Adopting the right attitude can convert a negative stress into a positive one.”

Remember that pain shared is pain divided and joy shared is joy multiplied.
