FALLUJAH, Iraq - Marine combat engineers and Iraqi soldiers construct a double-strand concertina wire fence here June 13. Marines with 2nd Platoon, Company A, 2nd Combat Engineer Battalion instructed the soldiers on how to string various types of wires, board up windows and fortify defensive positions.
