Marines with the 81 millimeter Mortarman Platoon, Weapons Company, 2nd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, fire rounds down range during a live fire field exercise Nov. 6, 2013 aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. Marines with the 81 mm Platoon took part in a three day long field exercise where 10 Marines from the platoon took over new billets and approximately a dozen new Marines took part in their first live fire field exercise with the platoon.
