—An M1A1 Abrams Main Battle Tank fires its 120 mm main gun during a gunnery range here Oct. 8. The gunnery training required individual tank crews with 2nd Tank Battalion, 2nd Marine Division to hone their team work and skills to rain death on the enemy. This awesome firepower has been unleashed on the battlefields of Iraq and Afghanistan where tanks give Marines the fighting edge needed to succeed. (Official Marine Corps photo by Staff Sgt.
