Capt. Justin Martell (right), the battalion judge advocate for 2nd Battalion, 25th Marine Regiment, Regimental Combat Team 8, greets a claimant at an office in the Rutbah, Iraq police station Feb. 5. Martell travels from his base at Camp Korean Village to Rutbah, about 20 miles away, for weekly claims sessions.
