Lance Cpl. James Hallett was wounded Oct. 23, 2010 and is currently recovering at Bethesda Medical Center. Desipite having three limbs amputated, Hallett’s life was saved under intense fire from the enemy. The fast actions of the Afghan National Army and Marines saved the lives of Hallet and his fellow comrade Lance Cpl. Shane Preston.
