The USS New York’s firing party stands at parade rest during a burial at sea ceremony dedicated to 20 Marines and Sailors. Some served as far back as World War II and some more recent in the Global War on Terrorism, the ceremony took place on December 5, 2013. The USS New York is on its way to its new home port, Jacksonville, Fla.
