U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Tyler Marek, with Truck Company, Headquarters Battalion, 2nd Marine Division, attempts to catch a bean bag while wearing perception distorting goggles during a Substance Abuse Prevention brief on Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Dec. 10, 2019. The goggles simulated the view of a person with a moderate level of blood alcohol content. The demonstration showed the audience and the participants that even moderate amounts of alcohol will impair judgement and coordination. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Lance Cpl. Jacqueline Parsons
