Roussos, a Princeton, N.J., native and Norwich University graduate, received the Silver Star Medal for his heroic actions performed on March 7, 2008, in Iraq. “Roussos knowingly and willingly exposed himself to enemy fire with the intent of drawing fire away from his machine gunner and driver, and risked his life for his men,” said Maj.
